Returns & Refunds

Every piece is embroidered and hand-finished to order in Detroit — made for you, not pulled off a shelf. Because of that, we keep returns simple and specific.

The short version

  • All sales are final except for defects, damage, or a mistake on our end.
  • You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a claim.
  • Email support@divotgolfllc.com to begin.

What we'll make right

Reach out if your order arrives:

  • Defective — flawed embroidery, stitching, or materials
  • Damaged in transit
  • Wrong — we shipped the wrong item, color, or size versus your order

What we can't accept (for now)

Because everything is made to order, we can't take returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size or color yourself
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Check the size guide before ordering — and if you're between sizes or unsure, email us first. We're happy to help you get it right the first time.

How to start

  1. Email support@divotgolfllc.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
  3. We'll respond within [1–2] business days with next steps.

Return shipping

For confirmed defects, damage, or our error, we cover return shipping — we'll send you a prepaid label. You shouldn't pay to return something that was our fault.

Refunds & replacements

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically post within [5–10] business days after approval, depending on your bank.

Damaged on arrival

If your order shows up damaged, tell us within [7] days of delivery with photos so we can sort it out and file a carrier claim if needed.
